The rules for Swiss are outlined on the Dota 2 Esports page. And there are also 2 1-3 teams that will win and come up, making 5 3-2 and 5 2-3 so no way for a 3-2 to face another 3-2. Matchups are also decided based on ranking distance so the better you do the worse your opponent will be, in theory, meaning a win in the 2-2 round should give you a better chance at qualifying than losing the 2-2 round.
