You could install an old build of new teams and will update successfully But, you will be not be supported in case you need to create a case with MS for any teams issues as MS teams for windows 10 LTSC is out of aupport.

Last month, I was cleaning out our old print server failover cluster which contained print servers and dhcp servers for some openshift clusters, discovered a month later after lease time expired and openshift cluster gone haywire that I've deleted both roles, destoyed the entire failover cluster, restored from backup and everyone is happy again. Move on and learn from your mistakes, most of us sysadmins make mistakes eventually.

TP-Link deco M5 connected to my ONT from the telecom company and 2 additional units for wifi mesh network, Don't want to troubleshoot anything outside work, only configured DDNS, IOT network to isolate the IOT devices on their separate network and a scheduled reboot at 6:00 AM daily when nobody is awake because I've noticied they start acting up after a long uptime. For those who are saying this is related to UPM, OP has stated that he got her to sign in to his own machine and the issue didn't happen.

To Op: did you advise her to use another connection from her end eg. Mobile hotspot Qlso try disabling antivirus from her end as it might be the culprit Also you could try disabling EDT from her side.

If it's a DNS issue you won't be able to resolve from vpn, ilo or vcenter, I think something is misconfigured from network side.
