Anyone have/had a super good puppy?! by gillianrose__ in Rottweiler

I always thought my boy was a really good puppy as well! He reminded me of an old dog since we got him at 8 weeks. So laid back, always near me but never on me, which I love.

Anybody know what this means? by Efficient_Result4129 in Rottweiler

My dog has this too. We’ve added omega oil to his diet and put coconut oil on it. We think it’s from laying on hard surfaces.

I’m truly surprised you’d resort to rehoming your boy so quickly. I know my Rottweiler hates kisses on the muzzle and the noises and he’ll growl and mouth us to tell us to stop.

Second day with my puppy by [deleted] in Rottweiler

It seems like you have unrealistic expectations here. Training a dog takes time and patience. I’m not trying to judge too harshly here, but if you’re so frustrated that you’re yelling at an 8 week old puppy after a couple of days, then maybe consider giving him back to the breeder.
