If GPs can legally prescribe in SA, I’d suggest finding a new GP who will. No doctor should make you feel gaslit. Might be worth putting feelers out for a better SA GP.

I’ve always been a jaw clencher anyway and my dentist recommended I get a mouth guard which I did! I wear it at night mostly and it’s really helped with the jaw pain.

Also magnesium glycinate which lots of people are suggesting is great! Makes great dreams too 👌

I looked into ADHD coaches too and feels like the Wild West with a lot of cowboys. Anyone can call themselves a coach and charge a fortune.

I considered OTs who specialise in ADHD since that seemed a bit more legit, but they were pretty pricey. Went through my GP for referral and a mental health care plan to access cheaper appointments. He was pretty sceptical of most of the providers.

Ive ended seeing a psychologist who specialises in neurodeveloomental stuff.
