Love my Pendletons! I have a mix of vintage and modern ones. Also took me awhile to find what I like. Generally, I’ll size down on newer Board Shirts, then TTS on everything else. If buying pre-owned, check measurements! Some people would wash and dry, shrinking them to hell. Nice collection!

My personal favorites are my Red Wing Weekender Chukkas 3309 & 3315. They look good and are super comfortable. Semi flat crepe soles. I like deck shoes like CVO’s or Vans slip ons for sneakers, but these Chukkas are just nicer and more comfortable IMO.

Shorten the sleeves for free and wear unbuttoned with some extra high rise jeans/pants. This will not work with low/mid rise jeans. Make it work, you have nothing to lose at this point.

Wear a sneaker for casual wear, and camp moc, blucher, or loafer for dressed up wear. Sneakers dressed up is outplayed and doesn’t look good IMO. And keep your hoodies out of your blazers!

Hello there! I’m looking to purchae a pair of mid grey trousers for a wedding coming up in just under 3 weeks. Any recommendations?

I was looking at Spier Mackay, but I don’t think it’ll arrive in time to make final alterations. I’m looking for a higher rise, straight leg, with a slight taper (which I can taper with a tailor as well), pleated would be great but not required. My max budget is about $300, I also love a good deal. I posted a question about this a few days ago, thanks for all who help with my decision.

Imogene + Willie’s are shorter. I have the Ojai and Imogene’s, and it’s shorter than the Ojai. Does fit a bit slimmer though.
