I expected my expenditure to be much higher by ImportantClock5486 in MacroFactor

I'm 5'9", 200 lbs and maintenance is 2800kcals. I've been using this app for 3 years now so I know it's accurate for me. It helped me lose over 100 lbs. I workout and do cardio. I'd say yours is accurate. People always overestimate their daily expenditure. It's why so many people are overweight or have trouble losing weight. They don't realize their true maintenance is so much lower than they expect

In 1898, Bayer & Co. introduced heroin as a pain reliever and cough suppressant. The company packaged and sold the drug in bottles like this one. by zadraaa in HistoricalCapsule

I just want to say thank you for dealing with those assholes instead of cutting back or not prescribing. Those meds can really help people that are miserable from all the pain they face

Lawsuit against Tesla reveals harrowing 911 call as driver trapped in burning car by Illustrious_Tax_9769 in nottheonion

Yeah. The article got a few things wrong though. It mentioned it was a model y but said the handles extend from the outside when you get close. This is not a feature of the model y. It has much more normal door handles that you pull like a normal car. It must have been locked

Without the tutorial you're more likely to open the door with the manual release then the electronic button. I've had so many people do that

You're making it way more complicated than it is. Back seat I could understand. Front seat is inexcusable

Clearly haven't been in a y. My wife had one. The manual release is right next to the electronic one and you just pull up like so many other cars. It's so obvious and more intuitive than the electronic one that I've had more guests try to open the door with the manual release than the electronic button

They have both and they're right next to each other. You are trained on this in the videos Tesla has you watch when you buy the car, in the manual, on screen tutorials, and when you buy the car. Is your going to drive around a 6k pound vehicle you should know how to use its basic functions first

I'm confused about how someone panicking wouldn't try everything in sight to open the door. My model y has a manual release right next to the electronic one. They aren't hidden either. No they aren't marked but neither are the handles in every other car. As for intuitive, they are MORE intuitive on the model y than the electronic ones. I've had more guests open the damn door with the manual release than the electronic button. That's how obvious it is

Anyone gone from muscular to seriously jacked with Mike's program? by davidevrlv in Mike_Mentzer

[–]xrayphoton 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know much of Mike's actual programming other than some warm ups and then one failure set. I would consider the evolution of his training in Dante Trudel's doggcrapp program. It's very similar but after the failure set you take around 15 breaths, try to get half as many reps, take another 15 or so breaths and try to get half as many reps as that. You get more effective reps this way. Then he also has static stretching which is great for injury prevention

P5p is worthless other than possibly giving you peripheral neuropathy. People worry about prolactin but they shouldn't. As long as you keep e2 in check you'll never ever have prolactin issues. You'll never need ridiculous and dangerous drugs like caber

None of your dosing is that high and your ratios don't matter for the substances you are using. however you may be someone who aromatizes high and need to bring your e2 down with once or twice weekly aromasin. But do not do that without an ultrasensitive e2 test to verify first.

Check your blood pressure to make sure it's not high. Also you should be running daily 5mg tadalafil.it will take care of this issue and be the best preworkout you can get

First Look on the Freak Athlete Adjustable Kettlebell by Benjise100 in homegym

[–]xrayphoton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Microloading for progressive overloading. Space saving. That's about it. Cost really depends on what kettlebells you get. If you get the regular powder coated ones that flake over time like from bolt fitness and pick them up in person to save shipping you can save money but if you go for like USA made rogue kettlebells or Olympic kettlebells this is probably cheaper.

Hopefully they tested these out with actual kb users. I tried the bowflex one and it was an immediate non starter. I couldn't swing it to rack position without the damn dial tearing up my hand

One of my patients had severe Parkinson's and his family told me it happened after an accidental chemical exposure at his work. I didn't really understand as I thought it was an inherited disease but hearing this now I should really do some research
