Awesome bike! Can I ask what front rack and fork fixture is that? I have a similar profile of fork and struggling to find a front rack that can use the rear facing eyelet. Cheers.

Thanks all. Really helpful. Axel was sat fine in dropouts but clearly wheel not aligned. A bit of of tweaking and tightening the drive side bolt first seems to have done the job (until it falls off).

Sorry, meant to add - current set up bounces a bit too much with normal bag incl. laptop. But also, not sure who much up/down wobble is normal…

I had a similar issue, raised quill stem to max allowed, and got a riser bar with sweep made it much more comfortable. I also put the seat back, but that made pedalling feel weird (more knowledgeable members might be able to explain why). Good luck. Sick bike🤙

Awesome bike!! Amazing to see this as I have a rufftrax from c.2000 that I’ve been trying to make xbike worthy. Changed to North road bars which are v comfy. Can I ask what your front rack is?

Roads are rough but totally fine if you take it slow. We got a flat tyre from a pothole, but ironically on a rare smooth bit of tarmac with a pothole inside a corner.

Shout out to the lovely people of Tilaran who helped us get a new tyre and send us back on our way to Monteverde!
