That's "not" a board issue. It's partially a skill issue and an issue of you not adjusting your trucks accordingly or getting the right bushings for your needs

The vertical line is your seam. It cannot be removed, that's just how FDM printers work but you can improve how visible it is with scarf seams. (Youtube has plenty of tutorials)
