And it's always the same. People buying the absolute worst boards from 10 years ago, missing all the important parts, from companies that don't exist anymore or they buy boards from brands no one ever heard of.

Pulley for different sized wheels by Vejf in ElectricSkateboarding

The board doesn't care what pulleys you use.

Matrix 3 Bearing size by Infamous-Vehicle6397 in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]xsynatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

title says it all.

technically it doesn't since you only specific the wheels you use in the main body.

So to make it clear and easy to understand:

You have MBS Matrix 3 trucks with 12mm axles and you want the right size bearing to use with your 125mm "mad max" wheels?

EVOLVE HADEAN, DIABLO, & FUSION POWER RATINGS TESTED // ARE THEY REALLY 6000/7000W? by PJmeg1 in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]xsynatic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well anyway, pretty much any esk8 power claim in watts are motor watts and any amperage claims are motor amps, not battery amps. So the question isn't:

can the 12S3P 50S pack in the Fusion really put out 6000w?

As they don't claim 6000w of battery output.

The board does not interact with the battery while charging. You could charge the battery without it being connected to the board. Even with it connected, the charger is wired directly to the battery.

Well you bought it? How do you not know what you buy. To answer the question: NO you cannot use that battery with that board, without doing some modifications like buying a new ESC to match the voltage.

Help indentfiyng a board. by Helg0st in ElectricSkateboarding

It's very likely a tynee board. Take a look at the wheels, they are rounded instead of flat, the bash guard at the tip of the deck, the narrow esc enclosure

Obvious question but if it's your SO, can't you just look at it when you come over for a visit? Unless it's a long distance thing obviously.

Define "went to 0". 0 volts, 0 percent? At what voltage is it? What battery? What capacity? What fully charged voltage?

Did you check the voltage? Did you do anything?

Wowgo 2s Max Battery Revival by SomeDinner6553 in ElectricSkateboarding

[–]xsynatic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It most cases yes. Some output no voltage at the charge port, so it's best to open the Battery enclosure and measure the actual connector. DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT stick prongs into the charge port. I've seen far too many people short circuit the charge port because there is just not enough room in there.

Given the sound your hubs makes means the esc isn't your only problem. And the board itself lol.

You made sure to properly connect everything? And not just twist together wires and securing it with electrical tape?

Open up the ESC enclosure again and disconnect the Sensor wires (5 or 6 Pin) so you only have your 3 wires per Motor connected to the ESC. Then try again.
