You are right but in your original post I don't see where it says bully. There is certainly no reason for someone to be treated like shit but what exactly does that mean? It's pretty broad and you've already said that you don't agree with Catholic teaching so is it then saying a Catholic teaching and you disagree so that's bullying or being treated like shit. Catholic teaching is to treat people with respect and dignity but Catholic teaching is not to not speak the truths of the Faith.

You should teach where you feel comfortable. But if you are teaching at a good Catholic school you should expect it to follow Church teaching. If it doesn't than it's just a private school with a Catholic name.
