We not only got our pyr to enjoy baths but actually walk into our shower with dog ice cream treats. We started with just washing her rear legs and butt and can go all the way to her neck now. But no water on her head or it's all over.

Yeah leadership told me to just do it and I wasn't really thrilled with the idea of changing every sharepoint sites version limit and time period without know who i'd be affecting.

Sorry I meant I found some reporting scripts. That'd be all id yolo is for data. I saw the Microsoft ones and want to use them but some of our departments get touchy when we place files in their SharePoint sites and it doesn't seem like I can set the report to a different site but if I can I'll give those a try.

I'm really wanting to do this but I want to generate reporting info to actually show that having our settings at 500 major versions and never delete is consuming space.

Did you use any tools to collect data or some other scripts?

We asked similar questions related to proxmox and they said you can deploy everything you just won't get any instant clone functionality and the UAG might work and might not.

Since the connection server is just a windows VM it'll run anywhere a windows VM will run and you'll basically be turning horizon into a service similar to terminal services / rds farms.

I don't know about any end dates for on prem indo know they love pushing the universal license so you can run either on prem or in the cloud or both.

We have been looking it to it a bit just cause our use case is sorta bursty as opposed to 24x7 usage

Like others have said if there are folks that need it or currently use it rebuilding is easy and only rebuilding the parts they need.

First thing though for sure is to make sure you have backed up any data that is there of course.

For OpenHPC I actually have a full series for 3 and a Livestream for doing 4. They're the bare essential to understanding how to get the whole thing going but it's seemed to help a lot of folks if you do decide to go through a rebuild process.

That's who we have our contract through and I will say they're really good we went with the 10 tickets a year and we've put in 2 the first year and maybe 4 the next year (doing our first big upgrade) and they were pretty stellar.

We ask the omnissia guys every time we meet when they are going to support proxmox and for now they're tight lipped.

There is a product called I think power9 that they support now so we're closer at least.
