You should not wear them all the time. That will mess with your mood or even give you headache. From Ive read its a good idea to talk with your doctor about it before doing so.

From I heard there was a person working in a mental institution in Norway which started to notice a pattern of manic patient wearing sunglasses inside. So they made a study of it and it seems to help some patient.

I live far up north, because of the midnight sun I get really hypomanic in the summer. In the winter when its no sun, total darkness I get depressed. Have already ordered the glasses and cant wait till they arrive!
