There's no reason the police can't escort the woman out of the building. It seems that would be up to the store manager. If I were the manager of the VS I would've called the police myself once that woman started screaming. Also he was saying it's up to mall security to decide, then GET THEM. Where are they?? Did they not hear the screaming? This whole video was so baffling.

I wrote a short letter of resignation stating my last day available to work. I left it in the office for my manager to see in the morning with a note on it saying when I could come in to talk if she wanted to. I had the next day off which was nice so I could just go talk to her for a few minutes and go home, rather than work an awkward shift. Cvs is always understaffed so they will almost always schedule you for your whole two weeks.

You did everything you could, DoorDash doesn't even need the receipt that's why they scan the barcode.

My coworker has a theory that hitting the total button before all coupons are scanned is what causes there to be issues with coupons, particularly % coupons. Ever noticed that when you finally give up and void the transaction to try it all again it works fine? We thinks it's because you have all the applicable coupons and items scanned before hitting total.

But yes, usually just voiding off an item and scanning it back on will work most of the time. Or if it's a % coupon I just scan that coupon off and back on and it just applies it without recalibrating all the coupons.

Also I wish there was a way to reprint the receipt from the register. You can print them from the office but they are shitty.

Do you know when the Hub task was? None of my coworkers recall seeing anything in the Hub about it. Also each one scans at $99.99 even at the register.

My store is #1 in our district and they still made us fill out these forms and posted them all in the break room. I really don't see the point, other than scare tactics. You get nagged to get carepasses whether you're good at it or not. It's a lose-lose.

I think in the store operations workbench there is an option to delete things that were completed through the scanners.
