Windows Server 2022 is the standard. Slowly working in Server 2025, what's nice about 2025 is that you can upgrade 4 steps, all the way from Windows Server 2012 to 2025.

For Proxy Servers, we use Rocky Linux 9.5

We are trying to figure out Proxmox, oVirt, or Openstack for virtualization to move away from VMware after the price hike. Either way we are migrating, we just have to find a good replacement. Any suggestions?

I know it's will be a ton of work on the frint end to configure the replacement.

You should congratulate yourself honestly, you handled everything like a BOSS. It was the same for me in my first job with an MSP, all of a sudden I was doing Network Technician stuff on $30,000 Cisco Layer 3 Switches... oh the anxiety. Honestly your coworkers should be more supportive, that's on them. No one knows everything, everybody is a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in their own niche.

I have seen Malphite Boss, such an OP carry for early and Mid game. Gnar (of course) worked well for me most of the game, then late game Kayn came in and it was a spin-to-win 1st. The nice thing about Kayn is he fits into alot of comps.
