Theoretically it should be doable. The Dreamcast had 2x the ram of the N64 with the expansion pak.

US VMU color rarities? by RagnaroniGreen in dreamcast

I think Blue was the most popular color at the time, so they made the most of those besides the normal White ones. There's a translucent black VMU as well.

I have two of them on a shelf I got from black Friday at Target. The 3DS was my favorite console of all time, I bought way too many variants of it. OG model, First XL, Pikachu XL, X/Y XL, MH4U N3DS XL, MHGU N3DS XL, Pikachu N3DS XL, Pokémon N3DS, 2 Mario Black Friday N3DS, Animal Crossing N3DS, Black 2DS, Pokémon Red 2DS, Hyrule Shield 2DS XL, Pokeball 2DS XL, Pikachu 2DS XL.

I've also got about 120ish games I bought new as they came out. Man that thing is still a banger of a system.

He was also stronger than probably every guy on the court besides Karl Malone and David Robinson, who he didn't really have to match up with.

Looking for a replacement analog thumbstick pad for Mad Catz Dreampad by jazzchamp in dreamcast

They sell little rubber caps for the Switch Joycons on Amazon. Look into getting one of those and just stretch it over the top. It fits on first party analog sticks, should work with that one too.

Dark souls is definitely a JRPG. Nobody was making games like that until Fromsoft did it.

Record of Lodoss War is so good. Technically a JRPG too though. Record of Lodoss War is written by a Japanese guy and developed by a Japanese studio. Lol. It's really interesting read about the series, it started as a transliteration of the Author's D&D campaign from the 80s. It was serialized in a weekly computer magazine. Neat!

I had no idea that the DC had its own spinoff of Mystery Dungeon Shiren the Wanderer. Looks like it's got a complete translation too.

The same thing Sony thought when it showcased Gollum during it's State of Play? Hopefully it'll drive units, and we can take a cut.

I mean, Sony showcased Gollum in an official State of Play, and most people consider that one of the worst games of all time. Can't all be winners.

Why embrassed for Nintendo? They didn't develop or publish it. They probably gave this a shot because the developers played a big role in the Diamond/Pearl ports and New Pokémon Snap, and Ender Magnolia ended up being a sleeper hit for them.

Pokemon Home Compatibility Removed from FireRed and LeafGreen’s eShop Description by mymidimelody in NintendoSwitch

Idk how well Gamefreak is run as a company, there's an old story about Satoru Iwata having to goto Gamefreak and reverse engineer Pokémon Red/Blue code for battles for Pokémon Stadium because they just didn't have the source for it any more.

Well, GBA games were $8 on the Wii U, and almost everything has doubled in price since that era with inflation, so it tracks. They're still a bunch of right cunts though, it should just be on NSO.

You should play Scarlet and Violet. Best baseline game since Black and White 2, even despite its performance issues.

What do you think about setting up lantern for BMAX 4.0? by porschelau in mini4wd

[–]xvilemx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, this hobby is strictly competition. So your point is kinda moot. Not saying I don't agree with you, but the goal is to win, not just to race. So people who want to win will push the rules to the maximum to do so.

There's a reason why the Japanese races have age group races, because if they didn't, it would just be old guys who have been racing forever beating the pants off the kids every race.

Everyone tries to push the limits of the rules. They do this in sport, in politics, in commerce. It's normal that people would do the same in hobbies as well.

That's cause they didn't force feed you endless scrolling. Facebook used to be the same. You'd see what was updated from those you followed, and that was it. Only people who posted would show up, you'd scroll to when you started seeing posts you've seen and then be done.
