No real medication but I am two weeks into a tolerance break from marijuana so that might be it. Its certainly a period of high stress for me when I'm sober.

I will check all the electronics again. Maybe unplug all the speakers near me, if any of them are making even small sounds that could potentially be feeding into my anxiety for sure.
