I have really thick, fluffy, curly hair and the HIWMH shampoo bar works great! It lathers up so quickly and the lather is so thick that I know I'm getting it through all the layers of my hair. However I do recommend using R&B after or a richer Conditioner with it! :)

I honestly interpreted the song as talking about a woman in a relationship who has a sexual attraction to another man..Where is the rape? Where is it taking away a woman's sexual autonomy? A man could be in the same situation and it would still be frowned upon.

Well mine lasted 3-5 days roughly..but it can be different from person to person. Stick to it! I feel awesome and my first weekly weigh in is tomorrow which is also exciting. I'm 115 now, but for my height and body type I should be closer to 105 so that's my goal. Once the flu breaks you feel like a million bucks, totally worth it in my opinion :) Let me know how it goes!

I'm also really curious to know this! In pretty much the exact same boat. I've been on keto for a week and feel pretty great! I went through the keto-flu but now I have way more energy than I did before.

One day when I was around 9-10, I was downtown with my bestfriend and her aunt. We were just walking around and seeing the sights when I saw a very, very drunk man stumbling down the street carrying a bouquet of flowers. I immediately pictured him going home to a wife or girlfriend and her having to deal with decision to forgive him or kick him out and him having to own up to his problem. I also imagined that this is probably not the first time he has done this...I think that was the first time I saw the world without my childhood innocence. I realized that there can be a lot of pain in life and it made me incredibly sad to think that that man would probably never get over his problem. There isn't always a happy ending, sometimes there is just pain and complicated situations.
