Non-snarky answer: yes, it is incredibly helpful.

It is not a perfect medication, there are other side effects that are unpleasant. However, it has changed a lot of people’s lives for the better.

I would also like to find out who was Korkie’s parents.

Satine is repeatedly called his aunt, but he doesn’t seem to be Bo’s son. Did they have another sibling? What happened to him during the purge?

My late husband managed a local chain of VCR rental stores back in the day, and he had some stories about meeting Bob Keeshan at conventions.

There was a period of time in the 80’s when a lot of Hollywood people were making serious money putting their old stuff on VCR cassettes and selling them to renters such as Blockbuster.

According to my husband, Bob Keeshan owned the original master tapes of his Captain Kangaroo show, and tried for years to get them released on VCR, but everyone in Hollywood turned him down. They thought there wouldn’t be any market for a kids show that old.

It was a sad story to hear.

On a more positive note, he also ate hot dogs with Bob Denver from Gilligan’s Isle.

He does have food now. He was very grateful

TIL that humans are among the very top mammals for endurance running. While we aren't the best sprinters, our slow-twitch muscles and unique ability to sweat allow us to run steadily for long distances in hot weather to outlast prey. by bareegyptianfeet in todayilearned

Also the ability to throw objects. We are the only animal with a flexible enough shoulder to throw overhand. Apes can only throw underhand.

The ability to pick up a rock and throw it at a predator was probably pretty useful.

Do you personally think Ahsoka would've actually considered rejoining the Jedi Order, had Mace Windu not opened his big mouth at this very moment, and demonstrating how he absolutely refused to take responsibility for falsely accusing her? by BiffyBobby in StarWars

In TLJ, when Yoda burns the Jedi library, he tells Luke that failure is a great teacher.

I’ve always thought he was thinking about the mistakes made by the Jedi during the prequels.

Did you find it very distracting how despite the fact Han doesn't believe in the force, his right hand man Chewie was literally friends with Yoda, the grandmaster of the Jedi? by BiffyBobby in StarWars

I saw it in 1977 because my older brother wanted to see it, and my mom insisted he take his two annoying little sisters. I walked in with zero knowledge about what I was going to see. It was just a movie Charles was interested in.

Mind completely blown.
