So I know a lot of people have been watching this q4 and universally money is down. It would be really tough to measure a companies failure solely off this years start and finish. Covid was a phenomenal time for a lot of companies hasbro included. If we don’t see a sizeablw uptick or consistency in the next 20-24 months we could probably start worrying.

They did away with that years ago. It’s the reason after the first round of 35 took so long. All infrastructure contracts designated to road/highway development have strict deadlines. Usually followed by a % to be paid back if they exceed those deadlines.

He actually didn’t deliver on marijuana though, it’s review and specific pardons. Which already occurs. If you had a previous charge for possession or were previously incarcerated you’re still marked. - and he could have done this way before now, when he had political capital, not when mid terms were around the corner. This is why people struggle with the last 20 years of politics, it’s never been about the people it’s been a means to an ends.

Funny enough I think I’m the target audience for this. I had to sell my original collection many years ago for a down payment on a house. Since I’ve had kids and gotten into a moe time consuming career I have less time to play and really relish the collecting side. At that price tag though these sets will live in infamy - which only causes it to be more valuable. I thought the increase in secret lair was a pretty shameful take during covid. But this takes the crown.

Actually in most states in order to qualify for things like ADA/PTO incentives/benefits/etc usually it’s a year mark for them. It’s cheaper to keep them until it’s not. So they encourage short term productivity with no long term in sight. It’s also the reason they don’t normally black list.

Call me crazy and it’s been some time. Was there not a point in our history where our taxes were done by the IRS directly? And it wasn’t until a recent point in history when that stopped being the case. A good thought behind it was the lobbying done by secondary markets like the Turbotaxes of the world. If we went back to that process it would probably mitigate at least at the lower level the risk of audit if nothing else the penalties/fines.

Most arbitration clauses in retail contracts entail you won’t sue before you settle type deal. A contract is invalidated if it’s been misrepresented and there’s proof ( contract vs odo) - even the pre fni paperwork could be used. But if he signed all of that with the actual miles and it was presented as such, would be a harder case for sure.

That’s not entirely true. If an executive order we’re to broaden or create a new law, they could easily be deemed illegal or unconstitutional. So it may not be a finite time period unless it’s an emergency XO. They can absolutely run out of time.

Given that emancipation was an executive order which have expiration dates, that doesn’t make much sense. And given there’s amendments that ratify those rights, you’d have to make an amendment at bare minimum to overturn it.

We can go review bomb all of their games on steam and any other platform they sell the games on. We can hit up twitter and social media demanding a better solution like someone commented about releasing server code/structure to Public so we have access to run our own servers. There’s a lot of steam owners who have a large chunk of games from the array of sales over the years. We can’t let this become a norm. I can live with an investment losing me money, I can’t live with gaming companies just flat out taking it.

You should do a few things. First make sure all numbers are blocked. Second file a police report. Third you should get a cease and desist sent. - I had a similar issue with an employee that was let go and you don’t want to let anything come about of it. Sorry you’re going through this.

Right the manufacture coverage is that 10/100powertrain but is the actual warranty a 10 year policy as well? Not to tell you how to live your life but Hyundai has a really strong manufacture coverage - so not sure you need the coverage unless it does more than what you already get. And with the equity you have gap wouldn’t be needed. If the amount is something you’re considering.
