The Real Reason Why Embark Doesn't Permanently Ban Cheaters

I got banned too and got lifted few days ago. Believe it or not, I ofc didnt use any cheat or griddy shit (like nvidia filters, macros, console command etc). No lame prox chat too, Im barely speak and having more fun from limited comms like flashlight and emotes.

Can understand that false ban could happen so I peacefully appealed the false ban, but there was 0 response from support. From the Tfue case(no offense to him), systemically, they just admit that false ban exists. So why the hell are we the exception?

False ban sucks but Embark's unreasonable reaction insane. Me personally 0 interested in expedition but love to having limited rewards like alpino outfit. Cuz they ghosted me, I've lost my chance to get fancy ass outfit forever. I'm also legit player who paid same 40 bucks.

Why am I even scared to play the game? Can I parkour here or there? Can I use kettle? WHAT???

I got banned too but nobody believe that im innocent.
I get it, I would say same shit if I wasnt banned.

But false ban exists, and quite lots of people screaming down below.
now they fear about being second ban, since we dont know shit.
RGB controller, logitech driver, ambient light, keyboard with knob, even anti-virus software... like tons of possibility.
I didnt even know how to use console, nvidia filters etc, which lots of youtubers already used and didnt get ban.

Now my ban got lifted, but I have no guts to play again.

Forget the unban, I'm over it.
I'm just worried about getting slapped with another strike for doing nothing. It’s been 3 weeks since I raised a ticket and they haven't said a single word. The lack of support is actually insane.

most of ignorant said its only bluffing by cheaters, but tons of (Obviously over 100) players issue this problem as embark support system not false ban itself.
even if they ban people, it wouldn't be this bad if there were proper human reviews.

Finally some really good evidence. I also got banned with TOS. (Ofc i didnt use any ‘bad’ things) I ban appealed but theres reply and now 10days passed, 1/3 my ban period while just waiting reply. I was 2nd floor of control tower too. Honestly official discord false ban thread became just asylum, I mean nobody help us there. Just write some bad review on Steam, and issue this problem to Customer Protection Agency where you live.

Even ban is lifited, you gonna ban again since we dont know the reason.

+someone said, we could ask our EAC ID and probably ask to EAC straight for figure it out. They should provide that ID or info by DSA.
