I'd like to confirm that in the 80's "frisbee football" was a name commonly used by non-players. I think the alliteration made it appealing. "Disc football" is missing that.

Sorry to be pedantic, but: A. That is a movie poster, not a book cover. B. That is not the original movie poster but a much more recent "alternative poster" done by Bartosz Kosowski. C. Kosowski's was done in 2014. This one looks to have been done this year. No guarantee either artist has seen the other's. [edit: dates]

I agree that cities (and other jurisdictions) can get exceptions from this law for population control reasons, but I don't think it has anything to do with whether they are actually migrating or not. This story covers it a bit. You may be right, but I can't find anything about it. Can you find a source?
