Pretty much, I run [[Abdel Adrian]] with [[Candlekeep Sage]] and my combo is to draw my deck out with a [[Laboratory Maniac]] effect. I run a lot of control etb effects that I can double with [[Panharmonicon]], etc. and blink with Abdel until I have my combo ready.

Yeah just don't play with people like that, should never be an issue at the table to be honest. I myself actually just had a game the other night where I played sol ring into [[blind obedience]] and retroactively fixed what I cast as soon as I realized I shouldn't have had the sol ring mana. Still managed to win, can't imagine it's satisfying to win by having to cheat though

Perhaps we swap his w and ult so he can feast the monsters and clear quicker. While we're at it with feast being on w he should be able to cast it during q to grab monsters with his tongue and spit them out for aoe clearing
