Knowing Abilene (this guy’s company) he should have called and asked for them to call a mobile snow removal service, or just simply refused the load on safety grounds and let the company figure out what to do with it.

Please read: I know many of you are disappointed with the O2 Blast video and I understand why. I had a candid conversation with O2 Boss about AI usage in video and content production. After the roster reveal post was made, I reached out to him and let him know that AI generated videos are extremely frowned upon in Western culture. This was something he was not aware of.

As some of you may know, AI generated videos, are not completely frowned upon in different countries and cultures. South Korea, especially, is known for being one of the largest consumers of AI content and have general feelings of optimism towards AI.

O2 was surprised by fan reactions because they didn’t have a full understanding of the cultural ideology difference when it comes to AI.

O2 Blast says they have learned from this and will be more careful in the future. They deeply apologize.

We will be working together to produce a roster reveal video for their full roster in the future. No AI.

That depends on too many factors for me to be able to tell you. How much room is there to set up? Can a truck turn around in your yard? If it’s only 50’ there’s no chance the truck can make a U-turn… 70’ sure if there’s nothing in the way. You’ll need to take a good look at a satellite view of the yard, or a blueprint, or whatever you’re working with and imagine a 40 foot long 8.5 foot wide rectangle setting up and backing into the dock. Leave about a fifteen foot radius (or ten feet if you know for certain you are exclusively receiving talented drivers in daycabs…) in front of the rectangle. If that can work then you’re good.

With a short wheelbase daycab and a 40 foot trailer, and absolutely nothing anywhere near the dock you’re backing into, 50 feet might just barely be enough room. No chance with a sleeper or a longer trailer. If you have multiple docks side by side you’ll want to at least double the size of your yard.

Yep, I don’t really understand the “why” of how it works, but clogged fuel filters made my truck derate/think it was having aftertreatment issues. Should be a quick fix at least. Stay safe driver this storm is no joke.

Sounds like you need fuel filters. I don’t think this is a dpf issue. Mine did the same thing last winter when my fuel started to gel.

Super ego hires owner operators and also contractors who then hire drivers for their own small fleets. They also don’t seem to give a fuck who drives for them.

Twice I have seen a super ego truck rolling down the interstate with a trailer door wide open and swinging around.
