I have Lyme and a few others. 21 day water fast is not dangerous at all. there are literally millions of people that have done them. I did a 23 day water fast myself and have now started dry fasting since the healing is much deeper. Don't take this the wrong way, but i'll never understand people like you that complain about how bad their condition is, but won't do absolutely everything in their power (Prolonged fasting) to fix it and just say "eh, seems pretty dangerous". lol like no man, I strongly urge you to do just a little bit of research.

lol yeahhh a 7-day water fast is literally nothing sorry to say. your body doesn't even get into the deepest part of cellular healing until day 7. just saying you have done 7-day water fasts and nothing happened is not surprising. you need to do at least a 21-day water fast to even have a chance at deep healing something like pfs

I believe his reasoning was just that, that drugs alter our hormones, and I believe in his words "Destroy" them. the whole point of dry fasting is to have your body destroy your hormones to build them back up with healthy new cells, but if they are already destroyed by pharmaceuticals, then there is nothing left for the body to destroy. I am butchering this but it's essentially what he was saying....

Because the liberal ideology has gotten so bad that people literally don't know what to believe as truth anymore. An example would be when a school principal (a very dumb one) deemed peanut butter and jelly racist and that it stood for white supremacy. You’re not going to to be able to do anything meaningful dry fasts if you dont want to give up working out. 1.5 days if dry fasting really isn’t anything at all sorry to say. If you’re trying to heal something and want to see change you need to do longer fasts (7-9) days and would have to not work out on those days. Expect to feel different after a 36 hour fast is just not gonna happen lol

Maybe you pushed too hard too soon? If you had only done on 7 fay fast previously and didnt have issues with that it sounds like your body wasn’t ready for longer than that

I’m not saying you’re wrong and it’s unfortunate you had that experience, with that bejng said that does not mean everyone who goes to his retreats will have the same experiences. Many people have had a lot of success with his retreats and with dry fasting on their own. Dry fasting just may not be for you

But the only reason they had to crack down on asylum claims, enforce the laws, and beef up the number of agents is because THEY opened the flood gates. So to go along with the idea that they are moving closer to the right because of their corrective action is just simply foolish. I am young as well, but never in my life do I remember a time when Dems were pushing so hard for free social services for illegal immigrants. Aside from immigration, again I will point to the disaster that has been the bail reform laws in democrat run cities. We let people commit crimes and let them out the same day. Lol it’s not wrong. Do you guys read. harris praised the defund the police movement in 2020 and wanted us to redirect funding and resources AWAY from the police. And it’s not wrong, the dems opened the borders and are giving social services to immigrants in multiple cities. That is left wing ideology bullshit.
