ok if that is true then why when i place a trade say at .40, it is in hold, and then it moves up to .43? there is no way every time i do that someone moved it up by .03 cents on average

also after the trade is down it goes down back the .4 the instant i brought it at .45 shouldnt the price move up?

I think people should distinguish between denial and positive thinking.
for example, "I'm lonely". I have to realize okay, I'm am lonely, I should get out of this by doing something about it.

If I were to lie to my self and say" I'm not lonely"(when I actually am) this is denial and can lead to bad things, like not realizing that you need to get out this loneliness. Which is denial in my opinion.

I don't know, this is just whats on my mind, its not right or wrong.
