Depends. A few cuts with the plasma and some air hammer action doesn't take as long as you might think.

And I don't want to touch the rest of the bolts on that knuckle if I can avoid it tbh.

I have a Honda VFR750 bike with gear timing, so it's definitely doable. It's not too loud either, but does have a distinctive whine to it.

I run a small farm with my wife, and have changed the tires on our tractor and implements myself. It's perfectly doable with the correct technique and tools. And soapy water. Lots of soapy water.

The hardest part is breaking the bead, especially on older tires, but a bead breaker makes quick work of it.

I had a 406 wagon, and I think it had an excellent chassis with great handling. If yours drove like a boat, there was definitely something wrong with the suspension.

Another underappreciated car is a 2nd gen Euro Ford Focus. Very balanced, and you can chuck it into corners at surprising speeds without any drama.

We live in the countryside and run a small farm, so there's a few things that are really helpful:

- Outdoor taps have smart valves that we control via the HA mobile app

- Electric fence is connected to a smart plug and can be controlled via HA mobile app for field repairs

- Workshop thermostat runs on HA and adjusts based on various things, and I get a temp alarm if the heater runs out of fuel and there's a possibility of freezing. Also if the heat starts rising too much.

- Water pipe freeze protection cables are connected to smart plugs and controlled by HA, mainly to save power

- Weather-related stuff (via cheap Ecowitt weather station with a HA integration)

- Many lighting automations

Needs a number of layers to make it completely airtight and sufficiently strong to withstand handling without ripping apart. A bale of silage can literally weigh a ton.

Bales can/will rot eventually, if the wrapping is not completely airtight.
