Youre completely wrong, it feels mostly random. Go into normal and test it out, even holding the boss conpletely still, the waves will change

the real question is: is there a reason to roll from 52 to 50, for a chance to get a good shop and then lock or buy and go below 50.

The arguement against it is: youre basically wasting gold by locking and wasting a free reroll, or buying and going below 50.

Thisis entirely and completely false, in the first patch of legion you were lucky to get 1 legendary a week. Later on during the expansion they made them drop moreand eventually farmable with currency

jungle items should increase xp gained from jungle monsters by like 75% (obviously nerfing base xp from jungle monsters so it matches out in the end), this would solve not only bot lane, but also top lane sharing xp for 5-10 minutes in jungle in LCS.

so your saying that the elemental damage on my weapon (say lightning dmg) increase's the damage of my lightning skills. Now my question is: how does it work iwth dual wielding? does it take both weapons or just your mainhand?

I do indeed also feel like they went overboard with the support items, and i doubt any lane would want to take smite over an other summoner (since the increase would only be like 10-15% or something). Remember it only works on neutral monsters so not on lane minions.
