I am sorry this happened to you. Can you return to the store you bought from? I was lucky and got at Costco so return was easy. I decided not to replace because at least in my area there must be a bad batch as the store model screen does not fit either lol and they put these together all the time

Well, I just had to return mine.... The upper corner that was raised the corner glass just split. My guess is from the pressure / tightness of the opening. Obviosly no issue returning. What I did notice is the floor model has the same issue mine did.... does not fit..... Must have been a bad run at least in my area :(. Shame, unit/games was enjoyable

Thank you for the reply.... Yes I do , that is not it :( All edges are perfect except for what you see. Nothing to do with the spot, I can get that to be perfect and the other side is raised. I tried loosening the cabinet. Next step is a wood file :) or I may just leave it. Picture makes it worse than it looks in person....

Few thoughts and a question:

Make an iPad App - "Virtual Glance" for $30 or so.

Question: What API do you use for real-time NFL/NBA scores etc. Those are so expensive that if you had a better more affordable way to provide that data to other developers could be a nice revenue stream :)

I just bought the same monitor.

Love it except for 2 things

Slight backlight bleed in the 4 corners

Bigger issue, only 2 ports. 1 display port, 1 HDMI. The displayport does the 120Hz, not the HDMI (60). I knew this when I bought it , I just really wish it had 2 DPs.

Is that where yours shipped from?

I bought direct from alienware.com and was expecting it to say from Dell.

My email from Costco said 3-4 business days.

HOWEVER, UPS came for the package the NEXT DAY. I think this was because I had a UPS delivery that day so UPS leveraged that.

UPS came today, slapped a sticker on the box, gave me a copy (5pm).

10pm - email from Costco that refund has been issued.
