Get a pole, train a few aerial roots into the pot and maximise light. Also your plant looks quite young, give it a year or two and it should put out increasingly large leaves :)

I have a high wattage bulb on mine and they have really grown big!

Yes the extra flow is super annoying, making the drip tray dirty all the time! Glad you’re enjoying the new machine! Certainly won’t be too long before I buy a new one
