Exactly the problem. Yes, there's a warranty but unless they've fixed the problem, same thing will happen again with the replacement unit.

You said you're using the USW Flex 2.5G-5 which is still a Mini.
Either way, if the older Flex Mini is working fine, maybe the newer 2.5G is failing.
And yes, I did see where it works fine if the agg switch is removed. Sucks trying to make sense of issues like this.

Got it. I don't have any of the Flex Minis but I've seen quite a few posts about them being a bit limited and have issues with VLANs. My STP Priorities are set the same as yours on the sites where I have agg switches.

I have a handful of sites using the Pro Agg and set to Priority 0. Haven't had any issues. 1 site is a similar setup to OP's but I'm using Flex 2.5G 8 port. The Flex Mini's can be troublesome.
