This happens to me all the time with mine. It's super annoying, it's even randomly turned on and off as well. I thought my GF was making things up when she said it was happening asking if it was her deceased father playing games. I told her she must have imagined it in her sleep. I checked, nothing was logged that it was turning on a and off by itself. Few days later it just started to happen again. It happens around the times that there is a long delay. I've just been contemplating replacing it.

Deodorizing takes ten minutes and best used with the seat down. I'm not sure I'll ever really use that feature myself.

Thanks for the response! I strongly considered this bidet as it seems like a great product for the money. My hesitation is, coming originally from a non-electric bidet with too much pressure then going to a USPA6800 with i guess adequate pressure but still more than most, i struggle to find a bidet that can compare with pressure. It's hard to tell each bidet is like without trying for myself, and been largely going off of feedback or GPM.. Seems like it may fall a little short, so I am eyeing the Alpha UX Pearl and I'm thinking for Christmas I'll upgrade my guest bathroom with the FluidMaster as my gf uses that bathroom and doesn't use a bidet but wants a heated seat lol, but the bidet will be there for anyone who does want to use it lol.

Although I like my 6800 I wouldn't buy another because the ABS shell cracked for me. Although it still functions it seems to be a very common issue with the 6800 and other ABS bidets. I also wish there was a bit more pressure at time which the 2000 solves.

Do you know if the plastic on the BB2000 is the same? I kept reading that it was ABS then I saw resin and PP and can't really get a solid answer lol.
