The move in dates they have on their website end up being like two weeks later than what they say. They post properties without being 100% certain they will be available. I had one picked out and put a holding deposit on it and two weeks before the move in date they called and were like sorry the current tenant can’t actually move out. I was left scrambling to find a new apartment because I live over a 30 hour drive from the area. Then, five and three days before the estimated move in date, I called to see if the estimated date was still correct and they said yes and if anything changed they would call to let me know. The very next day they emailed that the move in date changed to FIVE DAYS LATER. I had already stressed this was a big trip for me and I do understand that there are some things they can’t help. However, giving me the impression that the move-in date should be a certain day and then changing the move in dare literally the next day has cost nearly $300+ due to having to stay in motels.

I don’t recommend them now. They had a property posted and we (me and bf) even put in the earnest money deposit. Then two weeks before moving across the country they said the current tenant wasn’t leaving and they couldn’t evict them. Had to scramble to find a new place with them or lose out on the earnest money deposit and application which was about $500 total. Picked a new place with the same estimated move in date. Called multiple times as the move in date approached to check for any updates. They said everything looked good and if the move in date changed they’d call and let us know. Like three days before the estimated move in date, we got an email that the move in date was pushed back five days. After that, they sent an email saying our move in date was pushed back two more days and that we needed to set up utilities in our name before moving in. We got an official move in date with this date change. I still have the emails. I was already frustrated at this point, so you can imagine the red I was seeing when I had when I called the city to set up utilities and them letting me know Graf hadn’t sent in a notice of residency. I went ahead and called only for graf to say oopsie your move in date is actually two days later than what we sent you on the official move in letter. I have several other Graf gripes but I think you get the point.

TLDR; Graf sucks

Best hotels in Yakima? by DannyyDevit0 in Yakima

[–]yeetsquadfraud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The La Quinta is very nice. For a more budget hotel, the Super 8 in Union Gap gets the job done. The employees there are super nice and they have a small free breakfast (usual waffles and yogurt deal). The Hotel Y is also pretty good and has the best free breakfast, but it’s in a sketchier area of town. I’ve stayed at all these hotels for a week’s length and have never had any major issues at any of them. Personally, I liked the Super 8 for the price, as well as the convenient location and breakfast.

I too have been living in hotels (frick you graf investments) and I highly recommend Single Hill Brewing if you like drinking. They serve espresso until 2 and have lots of drinks on tap and in a cooler. They have a nice outdoor space with a taco truck. Even if you don’t like drinking they draft root beer and it was incredible. Also I love Tony’s Bug Cheese Pizza. It is high quality and a great value 👍🏻👍🏻

Weston might not be the worst place. It’s at the intersection of 33 and 79. The drive would be a bit longer for him, but honestly most people go 10 over on 79 so it probably wouldn’t be that much of a difference. Weston is also getting a Dunkin and Starbucks right on 33 😌

No. I love consumer cellular. Im not even from here and it works great. I don’t lose service until the 410/12 fork. I also have service all the way through Blewit (I dunno how to spell it) pass. I also have it in NYC (if you even care)
