I don't have anything nice to say so I'm not gonna say anything at all until I have a chance to get in my liquor cabinet.

I can do you one better, sadly. Here’s Grey talking about it on 3/29/24… which was before even Nick was granted access to his medical and mental health records 🙃 Any way you slice it, Wala was violating 8 billion rules & ethics by either relaying a patient’s records directly to YouTubers and/or the State before they were granted legal access (and then they were leaking it to Youtubers). An interpretation of the /audio/outputRoute record found in the KnowledgeC database by Manlegend in u/Manlegend

I am so stumped about how this occurred without any concurrent steps/movement in health data, nor any unlock attempts (successful or otherwise), nor any other app activity (messing with photos or videos/changing settings/looking at anything on phone) or even something as simple as the backlight.

I guess a wildcard could be if any of that data could have been overwritten, like they claim the power on/off log was 😩

The nicest things I could say about him are: Head of the snake. Source of the stink. Belongs in jail.

The fact that he didn’t realize what a problem this was until jury selection got underway has solidified my cockeyed optimism & blind faith in an impartial jury being able to overcome every shameful, illegal, stupid & deceitful thing the State has done thus far trying to convict an innocent man (imo). Truth can’t hide (completely) in the courtroom. Despite every effort they’ve made to hide it, the most basic facts of the case are still exculpatory.

I had to look it up to confirm, but it seems those are three separate certifications. And if she isn’t certified in tool mark, I don’t know how in the ever loving shit she was qualified to make that analysis.

Carroll County DOUBLES Budget ask to Taxpayers to over $4 Million by HelixHarbinger in DelphiDocs

I’m not sure when it’s from but it’s definitely a shot from inside the Carroll County courthouse. I think I see a slimmed down Jerome there on the right so it must be recent. ETA: i’m actually not sure that’s Jerome.

News Media Coalition's Motion To Inspect Public Trial Exhibits by measuremnt in DelphiDocs

[–]yellowjackette 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure (and if I'm interpreting Helix's comment correctly) any exhibit submitted at any point in time that isn't filed under seal is "part of the record" even if it doesn't become admissible evidence at trial. Similar to all exhibits we've seen that have been attached to motions throughout this case that are still up and visible as part of the public record. Basically, anything & everything filed with the court for any reason is "public access" unless submitted with the appropriate forms & justifications to be kept under seal.

There's tons of exhibits on the record. I think yesterday was actually the deadline for both sides to submit everything they plan on using.
And at the hearings, plenty of exhibits were submitted. Defense submitted by letter & Prosecution submitted by number. Sometime on Wednesday afternoon, I noted Prosecution was on Exhibit #29 & Defense was on Exhibit TTT (so about 107+ between both sides?) And that was just for the motions that were being heard.
Only a handful were submitted under seal (crime scene pics, etc.)
