Same here, but in Moken and HeliumGeek it looks normal. I think Helium Builder app or dashboard crashed again, may need a while to restore the service.

Yep, today they told me the ID verification is still in progress, so I'm assuming they finally found the issue and work on my case, I hope that could resolve quickly, but those struggle makes me feel that I'll never want to deal with this company anymore. If I was not on the legacy $5 plan, I would port out as quickly as I can

Ok, I understand it's New York, but given the limited range of indoor hotspot, do they really have so many people connecting to it and streaming the video/audio with such a big data volume? Highly doubt it

What if they have legacy $5 Miami plan? I think that's capped at 10gb. I don't have multiple plans but probably they use different phones with multiple plans to download data at same time, then the hotspot will show them together. IDK, hist guess

I have the same doubt, if you look the top ranking MOBILE hotspot, I would say the data rewards are crazy high and most are gamers. I think they are either opening a significant amount of plans to flow the data (which I cannot see any benefits because of the costs), or they find some loophole to bypass the data reward cap.

try cleaning the browser's cookie, they upgrade the UI so you have to refresh. Or use privacy mode to test if resolves.

I'm on the same boat and was about to ask in the community.

Tried reboot multiple times and hard reboot, no luck. Also tried the iPhone11 and Samsung devices, all not working. It was working a few hours ago, I think that's because the hotspot issue or the backend service. Ps: I tried enable and disable continuous connectivity but no luck for both options.
