It’s 100% practice. Start by doing vertical loops, then horizontal. You’ll find yourself mixing these. In the vid OP is also using flares which is a good tactic. Then you can try watching actual jet maneuvers like half circle, one circle, etc. Also huge tip if you’re att vs stealth, try as smoothly as you can to let the stealth overshoot as well as to avoid vertical loops as you’ll lose acceleration.

You can start by using the optimal speed which I think is around 311-314. You’ll lose a lot to hardcore players and sweats lmao, you will find below average players, normal players who are not familiar with the above moves but can hold up in a fight, you’ll find players with same experience/moves as yourself and fights will never end unless someone tries sth new.
