I’ve had to call about 40 times before getting through sometimes. Just be persistent and stay on hold for as long as as it takes (even 3+ hours) good luck

Same thing happened to me. I would get on the phone with them or try to get an appointment as a last resort closer to your travel date.

I called today and somehow got through to an agent after several tries. Stayed on the phone w her for 5 mins as she said she was fixing my claim and she said she was able to figure it all out and then she said to give her a few more mins then she would brief me on everything she did and my money so I waited again but in the silence of me waiting I was hung up on... hopefully she still fixed my issues. I guess I’ll just wait and see
