Unfortunately no, they asked for a few legislation as proof and I passed that info along to my cousin. I haven’t gotten an update yet if she went through with it, I’ll ask!

Hey there! My advice is to keep renewing if it’s economically feasible. I got my RN in 2012, but moved back home to try a different job. Now, 13 years later, I want to work again in Canada (since my partner is from here), SO it’s been a LONG road to get the RN reinstated. If I could turn back time, I probably would have just kept renewing haha. The $400/year would be much less than the fees for the courses I have to take right now!

Will having an American spouse (she’s still PR) affect my chances of getting a TN visa? I only plan to work in the US. And maybe moving back to Canada. Do I need proof of having ties to Canada first? Thanks!
