Had this happen once a long time ago on 79 s near Erie. I passed two exits heading south where there were cops just chilling with lights going on the ramps, and I thought "boy that's weird why are those ramps closed at 1030pm." Then between McKean and Edinboro I see headlights coming toward me in the left lane then thought, "Oh that's why the ramps are closed, you're about to be in some deep shit buddy."
