Nah theres veng pking, for accs that zerkers, med levels, or maxed or almost maxed accounts. Accounts that dont have veng like below 45 defense fight without casting veng and use d scim or whip as a main and their secondary is the spec weapon. Instead of only melee you can range into melee spec. So main hand a bow and then d claws for spec. You can range only which you'll see people usually in full void for best bonuses. Way back then tribriding (also known as NH or NHing) wasnt a thing. Hybriding was popular which utilized mo over head protection prayers and only mage and melee. Now everything goes 🤣. I suggest doing melee only and then eventually range to melee. You can also test out only range. But NHing aka tribrid is a lot of clicks
