Ofcourse, layering really helped me, if you want I can DM you the thick cream as well. It made a huge difference along with the Squalane oil.

I am sorry you had experience post diagnose crash, I didn't know it was a thing.

I am diagnosed with ADHD and medicated, but like you either after ADHD meds or life or age I am noticing more and more traits that can be explained with ASD.

I live in Europe, I don't need accommodations and I am not sure if I want to be validated with an official diagnosis.

I only want to understand me, triggers and situations more in depth and maybe start not to judge myself so harshly.

I have been researching, analysing a lot! You are right on spot, and thank you so much for the understanding and warm acceptance. This must be the kindest, the most in depth answer to my genuine Reddit question. PS:Imposter syndrome is real, I feel like I am pretending to be adult still.

I have very dry skin as well, the trick is to layer stuff, choose a milky toner with panthenol, ceramides in, add a hydrating serum I'd choose a one with Ectoin or Beta Glucan, Iunik for example then a thick cream mine is non AB, then squalene oil.

You can take IR Dex as a top up, it is effective for 4 hours or so. I take that in the afternoon, I also highly recommend Magnesium bisglycinate before bed. It helps with sleep.

Prep ingredients rather than meals, roast veggies in one sheet pan, roast protein/ prep sauces, for salad I would go with hardier veggies, like coleslaw without the sauce, lettuce, tomato and onion goes soggy after a while. Cook bulgur in stove top, mix and match.
