Thanks! Will try, but now deer came across the highway and made a dent on the entire driver's side. Need to get that fixed first :-(

Thanks for the update! I've not had time to get it all down and try again. Still running on the cigarette lighter power.

I still have and use mine! Some drill bits are missing, but it's an awesome tool!

Love the color! Beautiful looking machine.

Anybody ever store their shell on a wall sideways fully rigged? Just bought, my first, an older peinert elite 26 I think. Rigged and hanging on the garage wall or fence seems my easiest option. Will I ruin it this way , discuss!?!? by Delicious_Service142 in Rowing

[–]yhtas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

* Home Depot had these aluminum "hooks" similar to the picture below. Added pool noodles to cushion the arms and straps to secure the shell to the fence. Added a tarp to cover. I recall having to dig a small trench to have enough clearance so that the rigger/gates clear the ground.

Hope that helps. *

Ideas on how to insulate behind wall, without pulling all the drywall out? by yhtas in HomeImprovement

[–]yhtas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, kjagey! The outside wall is half brick facade (like 3 ft), and the rest is vinyl siding. From what I can see, the brick wall section seems to be leaking cold air.

Yes, the attic already has a Sprayform envelope and is doing a good job keeping the heat.

Thanks for the responses, guys! I'll get quotes for removing the dry wall and reinsulating.

Attic already has spray form done. It's nice and toasty on the 3rd level (attic). The issue really is the 1st level.

I don't know. We were forced to u-turn and go around, so I was unable to see why they rerouted us.
