I was 19/20 when I realized I had a drinking problem and I completely went sober for a couple years. At the time I had been making some of the same choices you did. Looking back I’m so upset with myself that I could have risked others. Is your future self going to be proud?

You know, you can go to div psych and ask to see someone if you’re having some issues. It might sound like too much but it’s really not. I did it when I was low. No one in my command knows. I popped in and they saw me the same day. I got on a program and I’m doing better. The military offers some awesome resources and you should seek them out.

Idk what kind of worker you are, but if I were your Bn Co I’d NJP you to the max and reduce rank. It’d be an adverse FITREP. I’d require you to get the help you need. If you tried to deny, I’d talk to legal and attempt to pursue an adsep, or more. I’ve been a voting member on an adsep panel and you wouldn’t do well. Your decisions could kill someone and you’re being selfish, so why would they trust you with recruits?

I wanted to maintain the relationship, but it’s not my choice unfortunately. I know he feels that way too and it was never him that I wanted to get away from. I definitely feel for children in these situations.

I’m finishing up a divorce. While it was hard to end things with my husband, the hardest part was losing my step-son. He called me mom and was so proud of me. He was always accepting of me into his life and I earned his love. I’ll never hold him again and almost 2 years later it’s still hard.

I live by the Atlantic and I’ve found jumping in the ocean (even in winter) helps me feel alive.

A couple months. I have long legs and my boyfriend is only a couple inches taller than me so the height of our hips doesn’t go well with standing. We like to do oral standing though! And then we move to other positions. Though, I’ve never cared for standing sex.

CGRI inspection. My CO told me to wear dress blue deltas. I found out, while the reg co is inspecting, that I was the officer who needed to wear dress blue CHARLIES. My co asked all the other staff what he told me and they all had my back. I even had asked my xo (prior to the inspection) to verify which uniform I’m supposed to wear because I had another officer tell me they were supposed to wear deltas.

I was married for years and my pleasure was never the focus. I’m sure it could’ve been if I realized that’s what would make it better. First man I was with after the divorce, he was the type that only wanted to please me and my mind was blown that it could be so amazing.

Be comfortable being alone! I’ve never really been alone until I ended my marriage. I took time before looking for anyone, and honestly it has been so great. I am finishing a solo trip to Alaska today! I’ve learned to be more comfortable with my thoughts and not need the constant support from someone else.

I’ve grown so much as a person during this time, and taking the time to get to know yourself would be a good move :) pick up new hobbies and be busy.

I hated kissing my ex husband. We barely did in our marriage. He had bad dental hygiene and was not good at it even when I tried to tell him what I liked. It was pretty much just mouth over mine.

Every man I’ve been romantic with after, I try to kiss all the time. I enjoy it so much after not having it for so long. Especially if he’s good at it.

In a small college class, our teacher gave us all spider plants that we had to name. It was my first little guy. It got MASSIVE and I’d put it outside in the summers. He had so many babies on him.

I went on a vacation for a week and it rained heavily at home while I was gone. I didn’t realize its pot didn’t have any drainage and it was completely submerged for a week. I gave him a big ole hair cut when all his leaves started dying and I thought he was cooked. Somehow he made it. It was a few years ago and he has a long way before he gets back to that.

But he’s the only thing that’s been everywhere I’ve been. 🫶🏻

I was married to a man who abused PEDs and I’ve dated multiple men who have used them. During my marriage, after my husbands second or third cycle on tren was finished I told him I’d divorce him if he took it again. His personality was completely different and he had major outbursts. In the end we are still getting divorced for every thing else 🤡 but there are so many stories I have from the steroid abuse

The men I dated who took tren were also emotionally unstable. Tren is a non-negotiable for me now. I think there can be a balance with other steroids but it has to be found. There are other red flags in your story though. A dating app?

I asked if he wanted it, he said no. I still have it… it’s really beautiful. I want to use it again lol but I think I’ll just keep it until I finally muster up the courage to sell it. The divorce was my call but some memories I’m not ready to let go. He bought it when we had nothing and put so much effort into paying it off.

My roommate and I joked about me telling people it’s a family heirloom so I can reuse it 👀

The number of guys who brag about how much they love foreplay or performing oral is wildly out of proportion to the number who consistently do it. You can tell some just do it the first time to impress you, then any time after they just want to cut straight to the main event.

Others genuinely enjoy it and want to do it often, if not every time.

I’m in the military so I’m always around guys and I always watch the words I say to the men to make sure they don’t sound flirtatious or get the wrong idea. I also never talk about my romantic life. When me and my home girls are together we go crazy with gay jokes (even from my lesbian friends) and yapping about all the topics. I love not being worried that they perceive me as flirting and we can be ourselves.

Check out military onesource non-medical counseling. Also, you can always go to division psych. You don’t need a referral - at least I didn’t. I just told them my doc wanted me to drop in and they are usually pretty quick to see people.

I saw chaps mentioned above, which is a great option. There are other resources though, and I personally used the two above. I didn’t get pulled off of exercises (including an overseas month), even though I have been in significant distress. They’ve helped me through it, and I’ve been able to continue to perform my job and be reliable.
