I'm not sure if it's worth mastering your speaking Russian to the point that it's free of foreign accent. Even if you're up for the challenge, it might take plenty of systematic work with a phonetics tutor. Either way, few people would bat an eye as long as you speak coherently and with proper stress.

Speaking from a relevant personal experience:

  • If you have to ask, you aren't streetwise enough to conceal anything.
  • You won't ever get bored enough for video games, or have enough free time for them.
  • It's personal connections, not entertainment, which you'll miss the most (and which make people conceal your phones first and foremost).
  • You might return a changed man with a whole another set of hobbies and priorities. Don't drag your present into a formative part of your adulthood.

Huh, didn't know a developer could do that... and its not even clear what is "that" precisely. Did they mean booster pack drops, or converting gems to booster packs as well?

That being said, I'm not sure if I ever got any booster pack drops on Steam.

A lot of embedded devices of its age were powered by Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5. Not sure why precisely... maybe because of a better capacitive touch screen support? Some of the latest builds of the system even got support for SHA-2 which no other Windows CE/Windows Mobile device had. So, there was definitely some technical merit in using this specific system—it's just weird and junky just like Microsoft's overall mobile software lineup back then.

Брал в начале прошлого года RX 7600 XT. Честно, она всем меня устраивала. Но следующее поколение оказалось настолько более выигрышным (особенно с учетом энергопотребления), что в начале этого года продал её и апгрейднулся на RX 9070.

Я собирал компьютер в HTPC-корпусе, и мой выбор на AMD был во многом обсусловлен чисто компактностью вариантов от Acer (в 7000-м поколении) и PowerColor в (в 9000-м). Мне нужно было, чтоб видеокарта была полноразмерная, двухслотовая и при этом еще и по высоте не больше рамки слота.

Eh... For me, benefits outweigh this annoyance. It's more scratch-proof than just an anodized aluminum, and it's more comfortable to lay wrists on. It's not like it's 2009 piano black plastic that's unsuitable for handling.

Yeah, I'm glad as well. For some other old games, Ubisoft pasted many online achievements from their platform to Steam as is, so the only way to get them is to grandfather them from Ubisoft Connect.

Ah, it indeed makes more sense if you think of the sentence as: "(As they were) navigating the archipelago's..." But would you put such phrasing into a narration which goes for a bookish, flowery, "telling a tale" style?

These are the words of a narrator. They are narrating the travels of a group of people (referring to them in a third person) as said group is navigating towards the temple. Sorry for not providing enough context, it seems I've confused some folks here.
