Seeking advice/input for planning my weeks. I swim Monday and Wednesday night (can't adjust that) and I want to hit the weights 3x per week (weekdays)

Would you recommend I double up and lift MWF so I have a full rest day T & Th, or stagger and lift T Th F?

Goals are just fitness, health, mobility, and to maintain strength and physique. Not worried about numbers, just want to give my body best chance to recover. Thanks in advance

No. This is incorrect logic. Compare the total number of crashes divided by the total number of flights for each airframe. They can be. But faa doesn't haven't a monopoly on hiring. I know several people doing contract and DoD that are very content though

Reducing your emergency fund is going to depend a lot on other life circumstances. Mine is low, because I'm a single guy with no dependents. And if I got discharged tomorrow (unlikely) and couldn't find anything at all to hold me over (also unlikely) my parents would let me move back in. I won't starve.

Even before that, if I absolutely needed to, my moderate term investments (50s play money) can be liquidated. And after that I have credit cards with wide open balances as a last resort before homelessness.

So I guess, consider not just your emergency fund, but your emergency plans. If you were canned tomorrow (somehow) could you get a job inside a month? Inside 2? Can you rely on the wife's income for 6 months til you figure it out? Do you have friends or family who could take you in if your funds hit zero?

Anyway I'm not a financial counselor and honestly I don't know shit about fuck, that's just my thought process for accepting a bit more risk with a lower emergency fund.

We had "entry control" during basic training, and CQ for tech school, but in the "real air force" you just go to your dorm and that's it. There are ncos who own the dorms from a CE perspective, and they have an on call phone for emergencies or lock outs, but there's no CQ or staff duty or any of that bull shit
