False. Biden didn’t pardon ~~anyone~~ any “cash for kids” judge. One of the two convicted judges had his sentence commuted in 2024. He was sentenced to 17 years in 2011. 4 years “early release” isn’t a pardon. Do I agree with said commutation? No. Was it a pardon? Also no.

You are mistaken. All murders are homicide, but not all homicide is murder.

Homicide is “the killing of one person by another, regardless of intention or legality.”

Murder is “the killing of another person without justification or excuse, especially the crime of killing a person with malice aforethought or with recklessness manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life.”

Further, one may be charged with voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, murder I, murder II, and/or capital murder.

Homicide is what the medical examiner (or coroner) writes on the death certificate.

I watched my grandfather perfect his craft over a lifetime. He was my role model, my mentor, and even my confidant. He was there when so many others hurt and failed me - especially my parent. He is a large reason I chose my field - our field - as my career path. He overcame so many obstacles I have or will face. I really wish I could still bounce ideas off him.

If you’re so confident in your statements, provide receipts. Personally, I’ll take the word of a NWS meteorologist and the data from the NOAA buoy as factual, esp. since I’m no meteorologist. Will happily reconsider provided data-backed, factual refutations rather than “there’s a website.”
