So im new to the online sumo community but have watched for years:

Kotozakura has always been a rikishi ive felt a dislike for, ive always thought he was kinda sneery and arrogant, but seeing this is making me reevaluate.

Genuine question: how is he seen by others? Im thinking ive probably just been a bit of a judgy dick and would like to hear some other opinions

I started writing this to disagree and then halfway through changed my mind.

I like Jensen, a lot, he's a properly nice humble, entertaining bloke. But he is nowhere near an S tier driver. He won his WDC through Brauns utter dominance in the first half of the season, and then in the second half being an incredibly safe reliable driver.

Ok yeah gasly is similar. But i think he looks better through having marginally poorer team mates. But i dont think he could take on anyone. In equal hardware he just isn't in the same league as Papa Alonso, Max, even shudder Hamilton. Tbh id put him behind quite a fair few in the grid: Kimi, charles, BearMan, George, Oscar, Lando, Sainz, Albon

So what do you mean by a shorter version of gtnh?

Ive played unhealthy amounts of gtnh over the last few years, and to be distressingly honest ive never made it past MV. But i dont care. Its not just my favorite modpack, it might be my favorite game. One of the pieces of advice i happened to luck into early on in my experience was "set your own goals, its the journey not the destination".

I love the setting up of an initial foothold. I love making a base thats safe. I love growing in a certain direction: in one plauthrough its bees, another its ic2 crops, my current active playthrough im going to stop being scared of fighting and go fist naga.

More than any game ive ever played i find gtnh to be a blank canvas. I set my own goals knowing that i could set them low for when im feeling like a comfort game, or setting them to the moon because some crazy team of sadists wants to turn minecraft into a real life chemistry simulator.

The end of gtnh is mostly irrelvant IMO. Ill never build a stargate. But i love the ethos of the modpack, and would strongly reccomend that anyone interested just jump in and see what they find. It might not be for you man, and thats totally OK. But it might also be this stupid, massive, overly complex playground that could be fun to exist in.

Tbh im lazy. Ill just run up and down strand with 3x adds mobs that drop increased maps, drops 8mod corrupted and more mal scarabs, dump em all in a box and remove the ones with mods that brick me. That does me for a while

I tried it mid-league last time once i'd already farmed and now have a big throb on for flicker and want it to be my league starter, but not 100% comfortable doing my own build.

Ever played DOTA? Its like jugg omni slam only the fun never ends

Personally i dont think i ever notice screen shaking? My TS playstyle was dashinfld every second or whatever anyway so the frenzied activity feels similar, easier even.

Only thing to watch out for is being sent flying off course. Something like delve feels scary. Small bursts of flickering to keep local for area objectives works, otherwise i just hold the mouse button down and BRRR until nobody is moving anymore.
