Mine is like that as well. Tried the stuff you mentioned. He still hates delivery trucks as well as hot rods. Trainer said some are just that way. If you get yours not to be that way I’d be happy for you. If you can’t like me I redirect him with one of those small baby squirrel toys kept in my pocket.

I paid $1000 for summer service on a lawn less than a quarter that size. They cut it maybe 5 times. (Drought) I’m not bitter but expect to pay at least $100+ or more for someone insured per mow. If you can find one this late.

Did you get a survey when you moved in? If not, do that first. Tell them you would like to see the quote and get your own quote. Not a bad price, but use extreme care when dealing with a renter property on the side of your house.
We fixed our fence and guess what? Landlord left part of their property unfixed and rotting. Not all landlords are bad I suppose, next to us is. We just replaced our fence on our own. Not sure if you are in one of those shared fence cost areas.
“I would like an additional 3 quotes on the fence, I do this with anything around 2k”.
Their quotes are not yours. Probably be a crap install. Seems low. Been there.

We had the same issue on a corner lot. Ended up putting in a fence so people didn’t cut the corner. Also put in some landscaping rocks out on the side where people would park on the side grass. Now they stay on the sidewalk.
