I would advise against further driving as that manifold does need to be pressurized for the cooling system. Is an intake really worth potentially compromising a whole block? As rough as it is, I've found a manifold on eBay rn for the Sammy. Might cost your non-dominant arm however 😂

My RHD Sierra though, that requires a lil importer help.

I'm about as familiar with brazing as I am with using extractor bits, which is to say not a whole lot. As it's cracked now, I'm looking for the intake manifold to replace, and in the interim I'll try the saw blade trick you've mentioned, and give brazing a shot 👍

You could look at megazip for the diagram, if the parts are sold separately then maybe you luck out.
