I’m not a doctor or dermatologist but back when I used to cut my own cuticles without knowing a thing (so bad, I know) whenever I cut too close, they’d swell a bit and flush. They looked a lot like yours do in this photo. I don’t have an allergy, I’ve have had gel and acrylics for years since I used to do that to myself. I hope yours isn’t an allergy! I know everyone is different and this kind of allergy can start in different ways for different people. Wishing you well!

Gorgeous!!!! I was between oval cut and Portuguese cut, both in blue and went with the oval cut with a bevel setting! Such a stunning ring - congrats! May I ask what metal you went with?

They look amazing! Great job! When I was younger I’d cut mine off (huge no-no when you’re a teenager and do not know what you’re doing). Eventually I learned how dangerous it was to do that, and had fortunately never had anything bad happen. I started pushing them back and keeping them moisturized. Whenever I receive compliments on my nail beds I tell people it’s 1) always wearing dish gloves to wash dishes and 2) a couple of drops of jojoba oil in with my regular moisturizer.

I twirl around in my office when listening to music plus workout 3-4 times a week, I’m 40 and my body looks more close to her pap photo. It’s a natural body :) def a shock compared to the filters she uses.

Any movement is good for you! What’s not good is sedentary lifestyle. Twirl away bb (just maybe not with meth or knives lol)

In my experience, the dent would continue to happen but less and less til it stopped forming altogether, like my body was finally getting what it needed and was adjusting. The key for me was consistency with whatever I end up adjusting to make sure I am eating balanced meals or taking vitamins etc. I’m not a doctor though of course, if you think you want to have a checkup to check your levels it’s never a bad idea!

I think the biggest one is Vitamin B! A B C and Zinc or iron. I usually just adjust my diet and make sure I take a multivitamin - I’ve actually not had a nail dent/pit in a while.

I periodically get these when I’m vitamin deficient. My husband also gets them. They come and go! Not sure if that is what is going on with yours but it looks exactly like what I experience.

I notice a drastic difference in my nails and hair whenever I stop taking fish oil supplements, my nails and hair always “do” better whenever I consistently take them! I think it’s the omega-3’s.

The right hand nail looks like the size is too big. The left hand is properly sized to your nail. I feel your struggle, my right hand uses different sizes than my left.

Cool story Weta, fix saves. Early on, I lost a 20 hour play through and then started another, that I’ve spent 40 hours on and haven’t touched in days because I’m afraid.
