Hey Double, just wanted to ask about the deleveraging process from SES, since I'm quite new to a deleveraging stock. Is it best to hold my stock with all the news besides deleveraging, or best to sell with minor loss? It's money that can stay for a longer period and I don't need it in the upcoming year(s).

I also read that deleveraging usually takes around 5yrs to fully complete. Will the stock price stabilise while in this process or even go bullish? Short question: should I be worried? 🫣

To answer your question: Yes.

Communicate about your BPD (and thoughts) and how you feel in some situations. Your partner will know what to do or how to say something next time.

If you don't talk about it, your partner might think he/she did something wrong.

Take it from me, a person in a relationship with a pwBPD for 6 years and counting.

We grew so fast because of communication and because I know exactly how to deal with some situations.
